By accessing or using Emotions ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Platform.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:
- Modifying or copying the materials
- Using the materials for any commercial purpose
- Attempting to reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
- Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Disclaimer
The materials on the Platform are provided on an "as is" basis. Emotions makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
The Platform is designed to support emotional wellbeing but is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services immediately.
Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Emotions or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Platform, even if Emotions or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
