Emotions was created from a deeply personal experience that quickly became something much bigger.
When my daughter struggled to process grief, she shared her feelings of not belonging. It revealed something deeper — not just for me, but for many others. When I opened the conversation wider, over 500 people shared similar experiences of feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to understand what they were feeling.
I began researching how the brain and nervous system respond to unprocessed emotions — how grief, stress, and rejection affect both mental and physical wellbeing. What became clear was this: many people are not taught how to understand their emotions, recognise patterns, or regulate their responses.
Emotions was built to bridge that gap.
It provides accessible tools that help individuals track what they feel, understand how their body responds, and develop healthier ways to process everyday challenges. The outcome is greater emotional awareness, stronger resilience, and the confidence to navigate life with clarity rather than confusion.
